1 Step

In a bowl, pour warm water, sugar, and dry active yeast. Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Mix well, so the sugar is dissolved. In another bowl, add four cups of flour. Make a well in the middle of the bowl using your hands. Slowly pour the warm water mixture in the middle and gently add flour from the sides to it. Using your hands, mix well. Continue mixing until it forms a dough. Add a teaspoon of salt, and continue to knead the dough for about two to three minutes until it is not sticky anymore. You can dust it with a little all-purpose flour for better kneading.

2 Step

Once the dough is firm and holds its shape, cut it into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball using your hand. Place them on a tray. Brush each dough portion with olive oil, cover with muslin cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes. You can leave it to rest on your kitchen counter or place it in a warm, dry place. Once the dough has rested for 30 minutes, take one portion out, and place it on a floured workstation. Using your fingers, flatten it and expand it. You can also use a rolling pin to flatten the dough ball. The goal is to make it thin. Stop rolling when it is about 14 inches.

3 Step

Place it on a baking tray or cookie sheet, or a wooden peel. Scoop pizza sauce and spread it on top. You can add more as per your liking. Next, add halved cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and shredded mozzarella cheese. You can add other toppings like cooked meat, vegetables like onions, jalapenos, olives, bell peppers, etc. as well. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 500-degree F for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the crust gets a golden color and the cheese melts. Once done. Remove it from the oven and enjoy!
